May Knight and Family of the Month

Our Knight of the Month winner for May 2026 was one of the hardest workers for the Tootsie Roll Drive for the Mentally Impaired. He covered multiple shifts, then came on Sunday to help bring the donations to the bank. He’s one of the leading raffle prize donors for our upcoming 10th Annual Bob Knowles Memorial Fun Shoot May 23 and is one of the unspoken coordinators of the event. {there’s still time to join us: (248) 909-2136}
You may know him as the South side usher at the 10:30 mass on Sundays with his son Michael. The officers are proud to showcase the continued charity of a past Knight of the Year who’s still going strong. Please congratulate Bob White the next time you see him.
We’ve been praying for this Family of the Month award winner for their recent individual health challenges. It apparently has helped at least a bit, as they spent hours with us straightening every last crumpled bill shoved into the Tootsie Roll Drive yellow canisters. He’s attentive and supportive at the meetings and a fixture at the woodlot fundraiser events. She’s an anchor in the choir, and there’s even more they do behind the scenes for our parish. Please congratulate Ron and Eileen Delasko for their service and pray with me for our award winners’ continued health.
Vivat Jesus,
Bryan Born, Grand Knight
