2025 Year in Review: Support of many hands, support of many gifts, and support of many prayers. With our hands we’ve:
flipped pancakes,
chopped wood,
grown veggies,
handed out candy,
picked up trash,
poured beer (and cried “Huzzah!”)
hauled pumpkins,
directed traffic,
sweated a lot, and laughed a bunch.
With the support of many gifts we’ve been able to aid our local community as well as causes farther from home.
We’ve sent off to college $10,000 to support seniors, and nearly $8,000 for Seminarians working towards priesthood.
We donated $3,500 to help evangelize with FOCUS College ministries and the Carmody Family.
We purchased 6 dozen coats for kids, and distributed them to the Flint Center for Hope Catholic Charities and the Oakland County Jailhouse Ministries.
We raised about $4,000 to support pregnant women and the community that helps them through their pregnancy, and $4,000 for those with mental challenges.
We are especially proud of our local support, raising more than $5,000 to donate right back to our St Anne Parish home, and spent over $3,000 to support our local youth.
With our prayers we’ve mourned our fallen brothers and ladies, prayed many rosaries, and joined together in prayer each month in our meetings.
All in all, I feel a warm sense of purpose, of accomplishment, and of fraternity with upstanding Catholic gentlemen (and the parish family). We have been blessed in so many ways, and I pray your 2026 is even more blessed.
Warmly,
Bryan Born, Grand Knight
